Shipping Policy

At VapeBlast Wholesale, we offer convenient delivery options to enhance your shopping experience. There’s no minimum order requirement, and standard Next Day Delivery is available for a £7.99 charge. Orders over £200 qualify for free standard Next Day Delivery.

Orders placed before 3 pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day, while those after this time will be processed the next working day. Please note that orders placed after 3 pm on Fridays may be processed on Monday, with delivery taking 1-2 business days unless you choose Special Saturday Delivery.

For Saturday delivery, we offer a Special Saturday service for £15, available for orders placed before 3 pm on Fridays. Orders placed after 3 pm will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Bank Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the next working day. Some areas, like BT postcodes and certain Scottish postcodes, may not be eligible for Next Day or Saturday Delivery.

Return Policy

At VapeBlast Wholesale, we offer a 07-day return policy for your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, return it in original, unused condition with tags and packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@vapeblastwholesale.co.uk. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards but offer exchanges instead.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you about the refund status. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, though it may take time for your bank or card provider to complete the process.
